PRIMI – PASTA COURSES
 
Marinara
A slow simmered Plum tomato sauce with fresh garlic, oregano and basil. Served over angel hair pasta.

Bolognese
Ground veal, beef and pork in a Parmesan tomato sauce. Served over penne pasta.
Alfredo
Roasted garlic, basil, butter and Romano cream tossed with fettuccine

   Chicken Alfredo,    Shrimp Alfredo,    Lobster Alfredo
Jumbo Cheese Raviolis
Ricotta & Parmesan with marinara. or bolognese

Lobster Ravioli
Black & white striped pasta filled with chunks of lobster and Ricotta cheese. Served with red pepper cream sauce.

Lasagna – Napoletana
Layers of egg noodles stuffed with ground veal, beef, pork, Ricotta cheese and crushed basil. Topped with four cheeses & baked.

Eggplant Parmesan
Baked with Ricotta, spinach and Provolone cheese. Served on a bed of marinara with capellini.

Primavera
Penne pasta with artichokes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. Tossed in garlic – tomato cream or fresh basil pesto cream.
